Please notify the conference submission chairs about any malfunctioning of the system. However, do not send your papers or their reviews to the submission chairs as file attachments without prior arrangemetns. They may not be able to enter the paper to the system on your behalf. They may be able to direct you to the volunteer who would help you with your submision.
